This eclectic mix of three different stamps repeated in various patterns, call us to shine and lights our paths to continued learning. I combined several British millennium stamps with a lighthouse photographed sunrise to sunset with time-lapse photography, to make the shine part. The body of the lighthouse is comprised of the bottom halves of the 1980, U.S. 15 cent “learning never ends” stamp. The flora at the base of the lighthouse is represented by stamps from Thailand with traditionally costumed dancers. The plaque is coated with a glossy finish and a hint of sparkle.
